Prof. Thatyane Vidal Fonteles
She is a Biotechnologist in the Department of Food Engineering at the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), where she has been conducting research on food processing using non-thermal technologies and on probiotic and prebiotic functional foods since 2016. She holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology, and a degree in Food Engineering from UFC.
