Prof. Tatiana de Oliveira Lemos

She holds a B.Sc. in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Ceará (1999), a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology (2003), a PhD in Biotechnology from the Northeast Biotechnology Network (2012), and a Post-doctorate in Food Science and Technology (2016), both from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), and a Technical degree in Production Management (SENAI-CE). Currently, she is an Associate Professor in the Food Engineering course at the Federal University of Maranhão (UFMA), Coordinator of the Specialization in Quality Management and Food Safety, and a professor in the Specialization in Food Science at IFCE – Baturité Campus and the Specialization in the Agricultural Professional Residency Modality. She has experience in Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on the following areas: Food Microbiology, Food Hygiene and Legislation, Quality Management, Food Sensory Analysis, Food Technology and Innovation. Technological Development and Innovative Extension Fellow (CNPq).
