Prof. Sueli Rodrigues
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (1998), a Master´s in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2000), and a Ph.D in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (2003). She is a Full Professor at the Food Engineering Department at Universidade Federal do Ceará. She has experience in the area of Food Science and Technology, with emphasis on Multidisciplinary Agricultural Sciences, working mainly on the following topics: product and process development, utilization of regional and low-cost raw materials, non-thermal processing and emerging technologies, utilization of agro-industrial residues, biotechnological processes, enzymatic systems, chromatography, and fruit processing.
