Academic Biography

She holds a degree in Food Engineering (UFC, 1999), a Master’s in Food Science and Technology (2003), and a PhD in Biotechnology (RENORBIO/UFC, 2012). She completed a post-doctorate at UFC (2016). Currently, she is a professor at UFMA and teaches in specialization courses at IFCE.
