Academic Biography

She holds a degree, a Master’s, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP). She is a Full Professor at UFC and Associate Editor of the journals Food and Bioprocess Technology and Food Science and Technology. She has extensive scientific production and international partnerships.

  • Non-thermal processing and emerging technologies.
  • Utilization of agro-industrial residues and regional raw materials.
  • Biotechnological processes and enzymatic systems.
  • Product development and fruit processing.
