Academic Biography
She holds a degree in Nutrition (UECE, 2001), a Master’s in Physiological Sciences (UECE, 2002), and a PhD in Nuclear Biosciences (UERJ, 2005), including a doctoral research period at Université Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg (France). She completed a post-doctorate at the same French university (CAPES-COFECUB/CNRS). Currently, she is a professor at UFC and coordinates the Functional Nutrition Laboratory.
