Academic Biography

He holds a PhD in Food Science and Technology (UFV) and in Chemistry (UFC). He is a professor and advisor at PPGCTA/UFC and in the Master’s in Gastronomy at UFC, in addition to advising in the Master’s in Gastronomic Sciences at the New University of Lisbon (Portugal).
