Academic Biography
He is a Food Engineer (UFSC, 1986), holding a Master’s (UFRRJ, 1996) and a PhD in Food Science and Technology (UFV, 2007). He has extensive experience in the industrial and academic sectors (SENAI/RJ). He has been a researcher at Embrapa since 2008 and a professor at PPGCTA/UFC since 2018.
