Academic Biography
She holds a degree in Pharmacy-Biochemistry (UFC, 1974), a Master’s in Food Technology (UFC, 1982), and a PhD in Food Technology (UNICAMP, 2001). She is a Full Professor at UFC and has extensive experience in academic management, having served as vice-coordinator of PPGCTA for several terms.
