Academic Biography

She holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry (UEPB), a Master’s in Agricultural Engineering (UFCG), and a PhD in Agronomy (UFPB/Université D’Avignon). She is the author of 13 patent applications (two patents granted) and works actively in extension projects focusing on food security and family farming.

  • Development of plant-based products.
  • Quality, composition, and post-harvest conservation of vegetables.
  • Biodegradable packaging and coatings.
  • Bioactive compounds and post-harvest physiology.
