Academic Biography

She holds an undergraduate degree, a Master’s, and a PhD in Food Science and Technology from UFC, including a research period at Texas A&M University (USA). She completed a post-doctorate in Chemistry at UFC. She works in the Graduate Programs in Food Science and Technology and Gastronomy at UFC.

🔬 Research Lines and Expertise:

  • Food microbiology.
  • Development of new plant-based products.
  • Utilization of agro-industrial by-products.
  • Toxicology of natural products.
