Academic Biography
She holds a degree in Food Engineering from UFPB (2009), and a Master’s and PhD in Food Engineering from UNICAMP (2011/2015), including a research period at the University of Alberta (Canada). She completed a post-doctorate at UNICAMP. Currently, she teaches Transport Phenomena and Introduction to Food Engineering at UFC.
