Academic Biography

She holds a degree in Pharmacy and Biochemistry (Food Technology Qualification) from UFSC, and a Master’s and PhD in Food Technology from UNICAMP. She was a Regional Scientific Development fellow at Embrapa Tropical Agroindustry. Currently, she is an Associate Professor at the Department of Food Engineering at UFC.

🔬 Research Lines and Expertise (Animal Products):

  • Dairy products: microbiological and physicochemical quality.
  • Application of lactic acid bacteria.
  • New product development.
