Academic Biography

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (UFC), a Master’s in Food Technology (UFC), a Ph.D. in Food Science from The Queen’s University of Belfast (UK), and a Post-doctorate in Animal Production and Meat Quality (Universidade Lusófona, Portugal). She worked at ANVISA (2000-2005) and was the coordinator of PPGCTA (2017-2019).

  • Laboratory quality systems and industrial control.
