Academic Biography

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFC (1976), a Specialization in Beer and Malt (Madrid, Spain), a Master’s in Food Technology from UFC (1983), a PhD from UNICAMP (1998), and a Post-doctorate in Cereal Technology/Functional Foods at Universidad Miguel Hernández (Spain, 2018). She was the coordinator of PPGCTA (2012-2017). She also acts as an evaluator for BASIs – SINAE/INEP.
