Food Biomaterials Laboratory
Research Focus: Physical, physicochemical, and macroscopic characterization of foods.

Food Microbiology Laboratory
Research Focus: Food microbiology, antimicrobial activity of natural products, pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms, shelf-life assessment.
