Prof. Marcos Rodrigues Amorim Afonso
He holds a B.Sc. in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (1997), a Master’s degree in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2000), and a PhD in Food Engineering from the State University of Campinas (2005). He is currently a Full Professor at the Federal University of Ceará. He has experience in Food Science and Technology, with an emphasis on Unit Operations, working primarily on the following topics: food dehydration, powdered foods, and rapid cooling.
