Academic Biography

She holds a degree in Food Science (USP, 2006) and a PhD in Food Science from the School of Food Engineering (UNICAMP, 2010), including a research period at the Laboratorio de Biotransformaciones Industriales (Madrid, Spain). She is currently a Researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa).
