GCUB-Mob International Mobility Program
The GCUB International Mobility Program (GCUB-Mob) is an initiative of the International Cooperation Group of Brazilian Universities (GCUB). Its objective is to offer scholarships to foreign students interested in pursuing a Master’s or Doctoral degree at Brazilian universities.
The GCUB
The GCUB is a non-profit, private civil association of academic, scientific, and cultural nature, with unlimited duration, composed of a network of 101 Brazilian and 7 foreign HEIs (Higher Education Institutions).
Its mission is to develop academic, scientific, and cultural relations among member institutions and to promote university internationalization through international cooperation programs, projects, and actions.
Calls for Applications
The vacancies and scholarships are intended for Master’s and Doctoral degree programs in Brazil, according to information published in the Table of Master’s and Doctoral Programs of Brazilian HEIs when the calls for applications are launched.
The candidate must pursue the Master’s or Doctoral program for which they were selected.
Upon completion, the candidate receives the title of Master or Doctor from the host HEI.
The degree is officially valid in the Federative Republic of Brazil. Recognition procedures in other countries are the responsibility of the interested party.
